Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-05

Using the service

iLovePDF Tools lets you convert and edit documents and images in your browser. Free accounts and guests get a limited number of conversions each day; paid plans lift that limit. Do not use the service to process files you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

Your files

You keep all rights to the files you upload. We only process them to perform the conversion you requested, and delete them automatically afterwards - see our Privacy Policy for the details.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep conversions accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, uptime, or that a conversion will always succeed - always keep your own copy of anything important.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We may suspend an account used to abuse the service or break these terms.

Changes

These terms may change as the service grows; the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
