Files you upload

Files you upload are stored only long enough to run the conversion you asked for. Input files are deleted as soon as a job finishes - successfully or not - and result files are deleted automatically once the download link expires. Nobody at iLovePDF Tools reviews the content of your files.

Account information

If you create an account, we store your email address and password (hashed, never in plain text) so you can sign back in and so we can enforce your daily usage allowance. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Usage and quota data

Each conversion job records which tool was used, when, and - for guests - the IP address that submitted it, so free usage limits can be enforced fairly. This record is kept only as long as the conversion job itself is kept (see retention above), after which it is deleted along with the job.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your place in a multi-step upload. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and any personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. Because uploaded files are already deleted automatically on a short timer, there is normally nothing left to remove beyond your account record itself.
